A construction company with craftsmanship at its core
We stand behind new construction, extensions and renovation of homes in Greater Gothenburg, always with quality and sustainability in every decision.
We take full responsibility from the first sketch to the key handover, so you only have one contact to hold on to throughout the project.
Brahem i Göteborg is a construction company specialising in villas and housing projects in the Gothenburg region. We work with new construction, renovation and extensions, and take on both individual homes and larger projects such as townhouses.
Every project begins with a conversation. We want to understand how you want to live, what the plot allows and what the budget permits, before we present a proposal. From there we keep you informed throughout the build.
We build with materials and methods that last over time. It sometimes costs a little more in the moment, but gives homes that stay beautiful for generations, and that is the only yardstick we care about.
Three principles we never compromise on
Quality
We strive for the highest quality in every construction project we carry out. Choice of materials, structure and finish: everything should last long after we have left the site.
Sustainability
Sustainable and innovative solutions that work over time, both for the home and for the people who live in it. We build for a long service life, not for quick shortcuts.
Customer focus
Customer focus at every step. One point of contact, open dialogue and full insight into schedule and cost, from consultation to handover.
